In 2013, Dodick Co-founded GameChanger Studio which has received various achievements in the Industry both locally in Indonesia and Internationally. Now, he focuses on daily operations of the studio. He had designed diverse games from multiplatform premium games to the various genres of F2P games. He is the man behind the quietly successful "My Lovely Daughter" and "My Lovely Wife", the kinda viral-on-youtube game "NSFW", and the major failure game "Ascender".

Previously, he worked as a Lecturer and worked his way up to Deputy Head of Program Study in Computer Science in 4 years. During his work as an academic, he managed to set up a game development concentration program and build a game development student activity unit.
